How to install and fix the PC board

1. The diameter of the fixing nail head for PC board should be more than 1.5 times larger than the diameter of the screw handle, and waterproof adhesive should be applied. Do not directly press the nail head on the board surface to reduce pressure.

2. Do not tighten the screws too tightly, otherwise it may cause stress and local cracks on the board surface.

3. Waterproof adhesive cannot use PVC pads or asphalt based waterproof adhesive tapes; Sealant, neutral glass adhesive must be used, and acidic adhesive must not be used.

4. During the installation process of the PC board, it is not allowed to fix both ends first and then the middle. One end should be fixed first and constructed in the same direction, otherwise it will cause concentration of intermediate stress and cause deformation or cracking of the product.

5. Due to the fact that the linear expansion coefficient of PC/FRP board is about 6 times larger than that of metal materials, it is necessary to drill holes on the board before fixing them with self tapping screws, and the self tapping screws must be inserted in the middle of the holes.

6. Calculation of reserved expansion space; Expansion value=linear expansion coefficient × length × Maximum temperature change value PC/frp board linear expansion coefficient=7 × 10mm/mm/℃
