If you use a wallpaper knife to break the ring, please pay attention to the uneven edge when folding repeatedly, which can easily concentrate stress on nearby areas.
When making holes on the board, special tools must be used to ensure that the edges are flush and circular. When installing, please increase the diameter of the fixing screws by 50% to 100%, drill holes first, and then tighten them. Some people like to drill holes on wooden boards while twisting, but they just randomly enlarge the aperture. This is unacceptable. Because the actual diameter cannot be guaranteed, and the hole edge cannot be guaranteed to be flush and complete. When tightening the screws, remember not to lock them tightly. When expanding and shrinking, it is necessary to allow the board to move, otherwise the reserved gaps will not work. The Super Beautiful Endurance Plate is not suitable for screw fixation during tapping. Hardened plates, frosted plates, and other wear-resistant plates are not suitable for hot forming.
